Returns for Change of Mind Policy

If you change your mind about a product purchased from Soft Collection, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

All returned products must be in their original, unused, and uninstalled condition, including their original packaging.
All packaging must be free of writing, postage labels, and damage.

All return postage costs are at the customer’s expense.
We recommend sending all returned items with postal tracking and insurance.
Do not apply postage labels directly to the product’s packaging. All products should be returned in a separate postage bag or box.

3. Excluded Products
Soft Collection does not accept returns for change of mind on:
Clearance or sale items.

4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on change of mind returns. Please place a new order for any new items.
You may request a credit note instead of a refund at the time of making your return, which can be used towards the cost of your new item.

5. Processing Your Return
Upon receipt of your returned product, we will undertake a quality check. If the product and its packaging are in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, we will:
Process your refund to the original payment method, or issue a credit note within 14 days of receiving the product.

If a product was purchased using a discount, you will receive a refund or credit note for the discounted value. If a discount was applied to an entire order, the discount applies equally to the individual items within that order.
If the product or its packaging is found to be damaged, installed, or otherwise not in its original condition, it may still be eligible for a partial refund. In such cases, you can choose to:

Have the product returned to you at your cost

7. Returns from Other Stores
Our Returns for Change of Mind Policy only applies to products purchased directly from Soft Collection. If you purchased a product through a reseller, return it directly to the reseller under their return policy. The reseller may not accept returns for change of mind. If directed by the reseller to ship the product to us, note that any refund payment will still be processed through the reseller.
